The information we collect may include your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our systems.

We use your information to:

• Confirm and manage your booking or order
• Send you information relevant to your booking or enquiry
• Respond to questions you've asked us
• Fulfil any legal or contractual obligations

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated profiling or marketing without your consent.

Who we share your data with

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the site. These are:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations and enquiry responses).
• Supabase — secure database storage for booking and enquiry records.
• Netlify — website hosting and form handling.

Each of these services processes data only as necessary to provide their service and under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep your data

We retain booking and enquiry records for a maximum of 3 years for business record-keeping purposes, after which they are deleted. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Cookies

Our website uses a single item of browser local storage (not a cookie) to remember the contents of your shopping cart between visits. No tracking or analytics cookies are used. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
