Every session includes complimentary refreshments, music, and aromatherapy oils. All tools and materials are provided unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but your place may be transferred to another session subject to availability. To cancel or transfer, email hello@sipandsewon.co.uk.

Basic Machine Care and Maintenance Workshop

Basic Machine Care
& Maintenance

No prior experience required

Learn how to care for your sewing machine from the inside out. Covering safety checks, threading, bobbin winding, and hands-on cleaning, oiling and troubleshooting — you'll leave knowing exactly how to keep your machine running smoothly.

Machine Servicing
& Repairs

Basic machine knowledge recommended

Go deeper into how your machine works. Guided servicing, fault identification, timing and tension adjustment, needle and minor parts replacement — everything you need to perform real repairs with confidence.

Own Apron

No prior experience required

Starting with a sewing machine warm-up and fabric preparation, then through cutting, construction, fitting and finishing — you'll leave with a fully finished apron you made yourself, at no extra cost.

We are a Community Interest Company rooted in East London. Through practical skills, mentorship, and a warm studio environment, we help people grow in confidence — and leave with something they made themselves.
